Support Staff Australia's security processes ensure that your information is kept confidential by maintaining secure office space and carefully screening staff members whilst utilising the most secure IT resources.
- We use multi-level password computer systems on secure servers.
- We screen all staff members carefully including thorough background checks, as well as compulsory signing of legally binding non-disclosure agreements.
- We do not permit access to removable media devices, such as USB ports and CD drives.
- We use a paperless office environment (only management have access to printers).
- We permit only very limited access to the internet (only management can access the web).
- We protect office space by 24-hour security cameras and swipe-card access that ensures staff members aren't able to access the office out of office hours (unless supervised and authorised).
